By creating an account or using CBSEMaster, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CBSEMaster is available to students enrolled in CBSE Class 9 through Class 12, their parents or guardians, and verified teachers. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not create multiple accounts for the same person.

• Free trial: All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. No payment is charged during the trial period. • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. • Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

All payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service. CBSEMaster does not store your payment card details. Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.

You agree not to: • Share your account credentials with others. • Use the platform to distribute copyrighted content without permission. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the platform. • Post content on the doubt forum that is abusive, misleading, or off-topic. • Use the platform for commercial tutoring or resale without written permission. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

All video lessons, test questions, notes, and other content on CBSEMaster are owned by CBSEMaster or our content partners and are protected by copyright law. You may access content for personal, non-commercial educational use only. Downloading, recording, or redistributing content is prohibited. Content you post (doubt forum questions, answers) remains yours. You grant CBSEMaster a licence to display and moderate this content on the platform.

Teachers who join CBSEMaster agree to the additional Teacher Code of Conduct. Key obligations include: attending scheduled live classes on time, responding to doubt forum questions within 24 hours, and maintaining professional communication with students and parents. Repeated violations of the code of conduct may result in removal from the platform.

CBSEMaster provides educational content and tools. We do not guarantee specific exam results or scores. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. For consumer disputes, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 applies.
