Is there really no credit card required for the free trial?
Absolutely. Sign up with just your phone number and OTP. We don't ask for any payment details until your 7-day trial ends and you decide to continue.
Can I switch plans after subscribing?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you only pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your progress, test history, and bookmarks are saved for 90 days after cancellation. You can resubscribe anytime and pick up exactly where you left off.
Can parents pay on behalf of students?
Yes — the payment flow is designed for parents. Pay via UPI, debit/credit card, or EMI. A receipt is emailed immediately and also available in the parent portal.
Are annual plans available?
Yes. Annual plans are shown on the pricing toggle above and save you 30% compared to monthly billing. Annual payment is taken upfront.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription if you are unsatisfied for any reason. No questions asked.
Is CBSEMaster available as a mobile app?
Yes — the platform is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Install it directly from your browser on Android or iOS. A native app is coming in Phase 3.
Which classes and boards are supported?
Currently CBSE Class 9, 10, 11, and 12 — Science and Commerce streams. ICSE and state board support is on the roadmap.
