Refund Policy

Our promise: 7-day full refund
If you subscribe to any CBSEMaster paid plan and are unsatisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
How to request a refund

Email refund@cbsemaster.in from the email address associated with your account.

Include your registered mobile number and the reason for your refund request.

Our support team will confirm receipt within 4 hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–9 PM IST).

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Eligible for refund
- Cancellation within 7 days of the first paid subscription payment.
- Service downtime exceeding 48 hours in a single billing month (prorated credit or refund).
- Duplicate charge due to a payment processing error.
- Teacher no-show on a scheduled 1:1 session (credit applied to account).
Not eligible for refund
- Cancellations requested after 7 days of the subscription start date.
- Partial months — subscriptions are not prorated on cancellation after day 7.
- Free trial period — no payment is taken during the trial, so no refund is applicable.
- Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations.
- Annual plan refunds after 7 days — annual plans are non-refundable after the 7-day window.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Access to the platform continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations after day 7.
Dispute resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer at grievance@cbsemaster.in. We will review and respond within 15 business days. You may also raise a dispute through the Razorpay payment portal or your bank, in which case we will provide all relevant transaction details to support the review.
